Star Route Logistics provides professional truck dispatch support designed to help carriers manage their freight operations more efficiently.
We search available freight opportunities based on your equipment, preferred lanes, and business requirements to help you find suitable loads.
We communicate with brokers and shippers and negotiate freight rates on your behalf, where applicable.
We assist with dispatch-related paperwork, rate confirmations, broker packets, and other administrative tasks connected with booked loads.
We help coordinate booked loads and communicate relevant pickup, delivery, and load information between the Carrier and applicable parties.
We consider your preferred routes, lanes, equipment, and operational requirements when searching for available freight.
Our dispatch team provides ongoing communication and support throughout the dispatch process during the agreed service period.
Service limitation: Our dispatch services are administrative and coordination services. Star Route Logistics does not operate the Carrier's equipment, control the Carrier's drivers, or assume responsibility for the physical transportation of freight unless expressly agreed otherwise in a separate written agreement.
Carriers are responsible for maintaining their legal, operational, and safety requirements while using our dispatch services.
The Carrier is responsible for maintaining all licenses, operating authority, insurance, permits, registrations, and other credentials required to legally operate its transportation business.
The Carrier is responsible for ensuring that its trucks, trailers, and other equipment are properly maintained, safe to operate, and compliant with applicable transportation requirements.
The Carrier must provide accurate and current information about its equipment, operating authority, insurance, preferred lanes, availability, and other information needed for dispatch services.
The Carrier remains responsible for its drivers, employees, contractors, schedules, driving decisions, compliance obligations, and day-to-day transportation operations.
The Carrier is responsible for reviewing and approving load details, including pickup and delivery information, rates, commodity details, requirements, and other relevant terms before accepting a load.
The Carrier should promptly notify Star Route Logistics of changes that may affect dispatch services, including equipment availability, insurance status, operating authority, contact information, or operational restrictions.
Important: Star Route Logistics provides dispatch and administrative support. The Carrier remains solely responsible for its transportation operations, drivers, equipment, regulatory compliance, insurance, and the safe and lawful transportation of freight.
Our fees and payment requirements are communicated clearly before the Carrier begins using our dispatch services.
Fees for dispatch services will be communicated to the Carrier before services begin. The applicable fee may depend on the service arrangement agreed upon between Star Route Logistics and the Carrier.
The Carrier is responsible for reviewing and agreeing to the applicable service fees before using our dispatch services. Any applicable pricing terms may also be included in a separate service agreement.
Payments must be made according to the payment schedule and method agreed upon between Star Route Logistics and the Carrier.
Star Route Logistics may accept the payment methods communicated to the Carrier. Available payment options may change from time to time.
If a payment becomes overdue, Star Route Logistics may temporarily suspend dispatch services until the outstanding amount is resolved. Any applicable consequences or additional charges will be communicated to the Carrier in accordance with the agreed service terms.
Specific fees, payment schedules, and other commercial terms may be established in a separate agreement between Star Route Logistics and the Carrier. In the event of a conflict, the applicable written service agreement will govern.
Our cancellation terms are designed to provide a clear and professional process for ending or suspending dispatch services.
A Carrier may request to cancel or end dispatch services by providing notice according to the terms agreed upon with Star Route Logistics.
Where a notice period has been agreed upon, the Carrier is expected to provide the required notice before terminating the dispatch service relationship.
Cancellation of dispatch services does not automatically cancel obligations or commitments related to loads, services, fees, or other matters already agreed upon before cancellation.
Star Route Logistics may suspend or terminate services if a Carrier fails to meet agreed payment obligations, provides inaccurate information, violates these Terms & Conditions, or engages in conduct that may create legal, operational, or reputational risks.
Following termination, the Carrier remains responsible for any outstanding fees, obligations, or commitments that arose before the effective termination date. Termination does not remove obligations that, by their nature, are intended to continue after the service relationship ends.
Specific cancellation requirements, notice periods, or termination conditions may be established in a separate written agreement between Star Route Logistics and the Carrier.
Our dispatch services involve coordination and administrative support. The following provisions explain the responsibilities and limitations that apply to our services.
The Carrier remains solely responsible for its trucks, trailers, drivers, employees, contractors, routes, cargo, and transportation operations. Star Route Logistics does not operate or control the Carrier's equipment.
The Carrier is responsible for the safe handling, transportation, security, and delivery of freight once a load has been accepted. Claims relating to cargo should be addressed according to the applicable transportation agreements and laws.
Star Route Logistics is not responsible for actions, omissions, delays, cancellations, payment disputes, rate changes, or other decisions made by brokers, shippers, receivers, or other third parties.
We will make reasonable efforts to provide reliable dispatch support, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that freight opportunities will always be available.
Star Route Logistics does not guarantee a specific number of loads, freight volume, revenue, rate, profit, mileage, or earnings. Freight availability and rates may change based on market conditions, equipment availability, location, demand, broker requirements, and other factors outside our control.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Star Route Logistics will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from the Carrier's transportation operations, including losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law. Specific liability provisions may also be governed by a separate written agreement between the parties.
We respect your privacy and are committed to handling personal and business information responsibly when you use our website or services.
